In addition to dance and stage performing, I spend over four hours per week training on my quad.
I also spend time training on my mountain bike, with my Dad, building endurance.
I'm looking forward to participating in the winter indoor flat track season at both RMC in Renton and the MonroeFairgrounds in Monroe.
My goal for the 2005 season is to participate in both the local and national flat track events and representing myself and my sponsors in a professional manner.
